I began my professional career in Connecticut. I worked as the Director of Global Procurement for a national manufacturing company in Coventry, where I developed strong relationships with companies such as McDonalds, The Dunkin Donuts Corporation, Krispy Kreme, and Exxon/Mobil. I learned keen negotiating skills and how to remain calm and think clearly under pressure. Later in my career, I transitioned into the medical/surgical space. I negotiated contracts with large hospital networks, surgical-centers, hospital Administration, surgeons and physicians. In 2018, I built a national diagnostic testing program aiding in the prevention of sudden cardiac arrest to student athletes.
As a child, I spent many memorable winter vacations in Florida with my family. Growing up in New Jersey and New England, I thought Florida was one of the most beautiful places I had ever seen. The palm trees, the sunshine, the sprawling beautiful beaches with soft white sand.…. I knew this was where I wanted to live someday. In 2008, I made beautiful South Florida my permanent home, and I turned my love and passion into a career in real estate. I feel blessed with being able to help others find their dream homes here, whether it is a full-time residence or just a special place to get away for a while. I have expertise in oceanfront and intracoastal properties, condominiums, high-rise luxury buildings, country club communities and estate homes. When you enlist my services, you get all my experience, expertise, and passion. You can expect I will work hard and with the utmost professionalism to help you find your perfect Florida residence.
Here’s a little bit about me personally. I am a huge lover of animals. In 1996, I founded a small company dedicated to the care, well-being, and training of animals to help prevent surrender, rehoming and abuse. I’m a former volunteer for the Peggy Adams Rescue League and the Connecticut Humane Society where I participated in their Pet Therapy Program. I was given the honor of bringing therapy animals to visit with severely challenged adults and children into nursing homes, mental health facilities, and group homes. Today, I still train animals as a hobby. I am very grateful for the opportunity to be of service anytime. Ask me about our amazing dog beaches, dog parks, dog-friendly restaurants, and local rescue organizations!
In 2003, My oldest son DJ passed away when he was 17 in our hometown of West Hartford, CT. From this tragic experience, I was blessed with an opportunity to then devote my professional life to helping prevent other families from losing a child. I combined my medical and professional background with a mom’s love, and I started a program dedicated to aiding in the prevention of sudden cardiac arrest to student athletes. I still maintain a strong connection to the sports medicine and athletic community, and I look forward to serving athletes and their families when they’re looking for their dream home. My daughter and son-in-law live in Brewer, Maine with my two beautiful grandsons. My youngest son is a brave Disabled Veteran of the United States Army, and we’re a proud Military family.
I look forward to working with you and your family.
